Hauora and Well-Being
A very important part of our curriculum is developing our Hauora and Well Being. We know that our brains are more likely to learn if we have regular physical activity.
We participate in Physical Activity every day at Kāiti.
Sometimes our classroom teacher takes us for PE and other times our Sports Teacher takes us.
PE consists of: swimming, biking, fitness, team sports and our Sports Academies.
Our Kaiako are great role models because they participate in our Hauora programmes as well. #great role models.
